Mr. Ofer Haviv holds the position of Evogene’s President and CEO as of late 2004. Prior to that he held the positions of company COO and CFO from 2002 to 2004 and was involved in Evogene’s spin-off from Compugen in 2002. At Compugen, he held the position of Director of Finance and Treasurer of Compugen (NASDAQ: CGEN) for four years, during which time the company completed two private placements and an IPO on NASDAQ.

Mr. Haviv holds a B.A. degree in Economics and Accounting from Faculty of Management, Tel Aviv University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.

Mr. Yoash Zohar serves as the CEO of Casterra. Prior to joining Casterra, Mr. Zohar held key positions in various international agricultural ventures. As the former COO of Global Group, he spearheaded renewable energy projects and investments in early-stage technological startups. Mr. Zohar’s previous roles include Managing Director of Global Group South Sudan, and CEO positions in Ethiopia and Ukraine, overseeing large-scale irrigated field crops and vegetables projects.

Mr. Zohar diverse background also includes independent consulting and supplier roles in Ethiopia, Angola, and Israel, focusing on sectors such as sugar cane and fruit and vegetable exports.

Mr. Zohar holds a B.A. in Architecture and Urban Design from “Hasviva” College, Tel-Aviv.

Mr. Sassi Masliah serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Casterra. Prior to joining the company, he held key leadership positions at Casterra’s parent company, Evogene Ltd. As the former Vice President of Corporate Development and Legal Counsel at Evogene, Mr. Masliah has extensive commercial experience in the ag-tech and biotech sectors. He played a central role in structuring commercial transactions, managing multi-year, multinational R&D collaborations, and leading equity fundraising efforts for both publicly traded and privately held companies.

Mr. Masliah holds an LL.B. in Law from Tel Aviv University.

Ms. Ravzin serves as Vice President of Finance at Casterra and Evogene, bringing over 20 years of experience leading finance and operational functions in public and private companies. She has extensive expertise in capital raising, due diligence processes, mergers and acquisitions, budgeting and financial planning, and provides strong accounting and managerial leadership in support of the companies’ strategic objectives.

Prior to joining Evogene, Ms. Ravzin served as Controller and Assistant to the CFO at DSIT Solutions Ltd. and Acorn Energy Inc. (NASDAQ/OTCQB: ACFN), where she supported financial strategy, corporate governance, and growth initiatives.

Ms. Ravzin holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University, graduating with high honors, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Israel.

Ms. Liat Foigel Wejgman was appointed Vice President Human Resources in January 2022, previously serving as Director of Human Resources from 2018. Ms. Foigel Wejgman joined Evogene in 2015 and has held various positions in the company over the years. Prior to joining Evogene Ms. Foigel Wejgman worked in human resource positions at an online trading leading company.

Ms. Foigel Wejgman holds a B.A. degree in Social Science with a major in Technological Marketing from Sapir College.
